Hello It's T-rex

I'm Tricia Salazar, a student at the College of Information and Computing Studies (CICS) at Northern Iloilo State University (NISU). While I'm passionate about technology and its potential to shape the future, I also have a creative side that I love to explore. One of my favorite ways to express myself is through storytelling, and recently I've been working on a project that's close to my heart: a children's book called "Blue."

"Blue" is a story I wrote and illustrated myself, and it's a tale about a young mermaid named Blue who finds friendship and hope amidst the vast ocean. Blue's world is turned upside down when a beast from the deep awakens, leading to the tragic loss of her parents and the crumbling of her kingdom. Left alone, Blue wanders the vast ocean, lost and lonely. She encounters a human girl named Amis who, unlike others, accepts Blue for who she is, a mermaid who can walk on land. Amis's kindness and acceptance bring a glimmer of hope back into Blue's life. Through their friendship, Blue learns about the joys of human life and the importance of companionship.

Creating "Blue" has been a rewarding experience, allowing me to combine my love for storytelling with my artistic talents. I hope the story resonates with young readers, reminding them that even when we feel lost and alone, true friendship can bring light and warmth into our lives. I'm excited to share this story with others and hope it brings joy and inspiration to young readers.
